Arts and Crafts addition to Rooster Days

The beautification committee is planning an addition of an arts and crafts exhibit area to the Rooster Days events.

The beautification committee would contact potential artists who travel to various Oklahoma festivals, including Mayfest and invite them to participate in a Rooster Days approved event focused on arts and crafts.

The site for the artists would be inside and outside at Stinchcomb Mansion.

Booth areas about 10 x 10 or 10 x 20 would be established and a long table plus 2 chairs provided.

The committee would charge a weekend fee to have a booth set up and manned from Thursday at 4pm to Sunday at noon.

All proceeds from the space rental would go to the beautification committee for improvements in Broken Arrow, which are in the beautification committees’ mission statement.
