A Recognition Program for Homeowner Associations

Have your Neighborhood recognized for maintaining a clean and beautiful appearance in the community through the Neighborhood Beautification program conducted by the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce Beautification Committee.

A qualified Beautiful Neighborhood maintains entrances to the neighborhood, keeps common area grass, trees and shrubs trimmed, has main road fences and walls in good repair, has no litter/trash problems or unsightly objects, has proper parking of vehicles, boats, and trailers, and commits to participating in Broken Arrow's clean-up days.

Homeowner Associations that qualify will receive special recognition from the Chamber's Beautification Committee through web-site posting, news releases to the local papers and a small sign at the neighborhood entrance recognizing a beautiful neighborhood.

To be recognized as a Beautification Committee Beautiful Neighborhood, the Homeowner Association needs to complete a Neighborhood information form and take representative photos of the neighborhood, including an entrance photo, two photos of the neighborhood's streets showing houses, and a photo of common areas (fields - clubhouse - pool - etc.).

The completed information form and photos can be emailed to connect@beautifybrokenarrow.com or delivered to the Chamber office at 123 N. Main Street. (Download a form at the bottom of this page.)

Upon receipt of the information form and photos, a member of the Beautification Committee will visit the neighborhood, record observations relative to the criteria and make a recommendation to the committee at one of its monthly meetings. Committee action will be reported back to the Homeowner Association contact.

Following recognition as a Beautiful Neighborhood, a yearly review by the committee will take place for continued designation as a Beautiful Neighborhood for that year.
