The Mission of the Beautification Committee is to create community awareness, coordinate beautification activities and undertake projects that will enhance the beautification of Broken Arrow.

| The committee’s vision is for Broken Arrow to be recognized for its aesthetic environment. With focus on its mission and vision, the Broken Arrow Beautification Committee has the following goals. |
 Awareness
There will be heightened community awareness, support and involvement in image and beautification efforts within Broken Arrow.
Downtown
In concert with the Downtown Revitalization Committee and implementation of the Downtown Master Plan, public and private art, spot landscaping and special lighting will be in place in a defined area surrounding Main Street.
Neighborhoods
Broken Arrow citizens, neighborhoods and Homeowner Associations will have programs that enhance area appearance, support public efforts of code enforcement and architectural standards and encourage owner’s maintenance of clean and attractive property.
Corridors
Designated highways and mile roads will have enhanced appearance through approved signage, maintenance support, code enforcement and landscaping projects.
Aesthetics
Art projects dealing with the appreciation of beauty, coupled with Broken Arrow themes and standards will be established.
Finances
The Beautification Committee will be privately and publicly funded, with specific funding requirements and potential funding resources identified to meet its goals.
